Orders placed before 15:00 Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders after that, or at a weekend or bank holiday, go out the next working day.
Most of our range is held in stock in the UK rather than made to order, which is why it moves quickly. Anything that isn't will say so clearly on the product page before you buy.
You'll get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us. If it hasn't arrived within 7 working days of that email, contact veraizen.sales@gmail.com and we'll chase it.
If a parcel is marked delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbours and look for a safe-place note first, then get in touch. We'll open an investigation with the carrier. If it's genuinely lost we'll replace or refund it — that's on us, not you.
Please check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we'll refund the item but not the original delivery cost, and re-delivery will be charged again.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International delivery is planned — join the mailing list and you'll hear when it opens.
