Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want the piece to be right. If it isn't, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it — longer than the law requires, because guessing a size online shouldn't cost you money.

The short version

How to start a return

Email veraizen.sales@gmail.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange. We'll reply within one working day with the returns address and instructions.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us. We will send you the returns address when we authorise your return. Unannounced returns are much slower to process and we can't guarantee they'll be matched to your order.

Return postage

Faulty or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, you have a short-term right to reject it within 30 days for a full refund including original delivery — and we'll cover return postage.

Email veraizen.sales@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'd rather fix it than argue about it.

Your statutory cancellation right

Separately from our 30-day policy, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving one. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. We'll refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of your proof of postage, whichever comes first.

To cancel, email veraizen.sales@gmail.com with a clear statement that you're cancelling, along with your order number.

If you cancel under these regulations we refund the item price plus standard outbound delivery. We don't refund the extra cost of an upgraded delivery service you chose, and we may reduce the refund if the item's value has been diminished by handling beyond what you'd do in a shop.

What we can't accept

None of this affects your statutory rights.
