Returns are handled from a separate address, which we issue when a return is authorised — see our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order — because an item has sold out, or a price or description was wrong — we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. We try hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate; where an obvious error appears, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you rather than honour a mistaken price.
Stock levels shown are as accurate as we can make them. Very occasionally an item sells out between your order and our picking it. If that happens we'll contact you and refund that item in full.
Garment colours may vary slightly between screens and between production batches. Measurements are given per size on each product page — please check them, as they're the most reliable guide to fit. Care instructions are on each product page and on the garment label; following them is your responsibility.

All content on this site — including artwork, photography, copy, logos and the site design itself — belongs to Veraizen or its licensors and may not be reproduced, redistributed or used commercially without written permission.
Don't use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this is happening.
We don't exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else it would be unlawful to exclude. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. We don't sell your data.
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
